Where Does Prince Fit Best
Prince Fielder, arguably the best power hitter in the game today, is still on the market. But why. To be honest, no one really knows. But the reason I think is because he just isn't getting the contract he deserves. I've been watching and reading up, and people are saying that he doesn't deserve what Pujols got and should try to get a short contract. I think they're wrong. First of all, I think he should settle for about six years. If he does this , he still can sign for even more money after, and he'll still be in his mid thirties. Even though it's not ten years, I think he should get the same amount of money Pujols would get in six years. In my next conversation, I want to talk about which team prince will be best with. Right now when you break down things like which team has the money, or which team has the money, but aren't looking for that type of player, or maybe which team he can bring the most wins. With a couple crunched numbers, Prince is estimated to be worth about 16 extra wins to a team. The teams that look the best are the Rangers, the Marlins, and the Orioles. I think the team that can use him the most are the Orioles. They obviously need wins. Also, they don't have Derrick Lee anymore and need another power bat to help out Vladimir Gurrero.
